-Initial analysis by physio was not accurate and pain/concerns continued for a long period.
-Since then, second opinion and third physio care has been good/appropriate/helpful, physio/exercises have improved movement in my shoulder.

Treated as an individual caring personal treatment and advice.
Bedside manner is equally important as competence.
Daretie Hospital should be used for the community. Feel the service is underused, would improve patient care as reduce need to travel to other hospitals.
